About the researcher

My name is Lina Karlsson. I am currently in my final year at University of Greenwich where I'm studying Human Resource Management. I am interested in this area of research as I have myself experiences working on a zero-hours contract. There has been little research done in this field and I hope to be able to present valid initial data on how these types of contracts has an effect on the employment relationship.
